- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to shape product vision and strategy.
- Advocate for design best practices and a user-first approach, ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.
- Leverage UX research and data to drive informed design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep design practice innovative and effective.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
- Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma (primary tool) and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
