You will work collaboratively with one other designer to cover the design demands of the three Product Teams for our brands. You will be responsible for the full OKR-driven product development process, starting with a given Objective, which you will then develop further.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with one other designer to cover design demands for three Product Teams.
- Responsible for the full OKR-driven product development process.
- Embedded in the broader UX Team including Designers, Researchers, and Writers.
- Engage in regular monthly virtual excellence meetings and quarterly in-person gatherings.

- Full-Stack UX Guru: Experience with all aspects of UX spectrum including user research and testing.
