As a Product Designer, you will develop and implement product design strategies that deliver high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address design challenges and enhance the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product design strategies that uphold best practices and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Create and refine user-centered designs for web applications, ensuring seamless interactions and a cohesive visual identity.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance product functionality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address design challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Enhance the customer journey for both direct users and their end customers, optimizing interactions at every touchpoint.
- Improve user interactivity to drive onboarding, conversion, adoption, and growth through thoughtful design.
- Continuously refine design processes and contribute to innovation in product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
- Strong expertise in user research, data analysis, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in defining and optimizing user journeys, onboarding flows, and conversion strategies.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully and intentionally.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel).
- Strong understanding of accessibility, scalability, and performance considerations.
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and verbal).
