As a Product Designer II, you will contribute to evolving the Windows design language and collaborate with various teams to ensure design scalability and cohesion. You will also partner with feature teams to create impactful design components and patterns for the Windows ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to evolve the Windows design language for a new era where AI is seamlessly integrated into daily life
- Collaborate across teams, including the Fluent Design System team, to ensure scalability, cohesion, creativity, and a high bar for craft as we advance the Windows design language across experiences and devices
- Partner closely with Windows feature teams to explore scalable, accessible, and both familiar and progressive design components and patterns that will leave an indelible impact on how people experience the Windows ecosystem
- Successfully navigate the nuances between creative expression and technical consideration while bridging and making connections across dynamic teams
- Join a Frontier Team that prides itself in adopting new technologies and ways of working with AI encouraged as a way to expand our skills through vibe-coding, rapid prototyping, and experimentation
