Design mobile-first experiences and simplify complex workflows for both mobile and desktop platforms. Lead projects from discovery to design, focusing on integrating AI to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design for Mobile-First: Own the mobile design strategy from end to end.
- Simplify Complexity: Transform detailed workflows into simple, elegant mobile and desktop experiences.
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects through all phases, from discovery and user research to iterative design, handoff, and refinement.
- AI-Forward Thinking: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product workflows.
- User-First Mindset: Conduct research and usability testing with a mobile lens.
- Clear Communication: Present design concepts clearly, with a strong rationale.
- Scalable Design: Help evolve Stampli’s design system with mobile-specific components.
- Innovation & Growth: Stay on top of mobile UX trends, AI integration patterns, and platform-specific best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/product design experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile-first design.
- Proven success designing intuitive, user-friendly solutions for complex B2B workflows, especially for mobile platforms.
- Experience designing for mobile gestures, bottom navigation, responsive layouts, and device limitations.
- Demonstrated ability to spot and address UX friction in mobile contexts.
- Experience with AI-enhanced product design, especially where automation or intelligent suggestions improve speed and accuracy.
- Skilled in Figma, and comfortable collaborating with engineers.
- Strong UX research and testing skills, with a mobile-first lens.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work across US and Israel time zones.
- A portfolio that showcases mobile-first designs with AI-powered interactions and clear UX thinking.
