Define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform while ensuring cohesion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure and iterate designs for real impact.
Responsibilities
- Tackle Cross-Product Problems: Define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform.
- Bring Systems Thinking to Craft: Shape, evolve, and contribute to design systems; set standards and solve for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
- Leverage and Shape AI features: Ideate, design, and experiment with AI and automation.
- Collaborate & Lead Across Functions: Foster deep partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers.
- Measure & Iterate for Real Impact: Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterate relentlessly.
- Foster a Bold, Inclusive Culture: Elevate team craft, mentor others, share feedback, and help define what’s next for the Product Platform.
Requirements
- Proven Product Design Craft Expertise with a portfolio showcasing depth of craft, systems thinking, and measurable impact.
- Collaborative Leadership with a history of influencing outcomes across disciplines.
- Systems and Scale Thinking with passion for connecting the dots across products and platforms.
- Adaptability & Change Readiness with comfort in dynamic environments.

Benefits
- Annual Cash Compensation Range: $210,000—$336,000 USD
- Eligibility for HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
- Eligibility for overtime pay in some roles.
