Graphic Designer Production

Sendero Provisions Co., LLC is hiring a Graphic Designer (Production) to support brand and marketing creative efforts by producing high-quality graphic assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and production of graphic and artwork assets for campaigns, social media, digital ads, emails, events, retail, print, signage, and branding
• Elevate campaign strategies by delivering creative solutions that increase visibility, engagement, and brand impact
• Support web design and upkeep to maintain a strong, cohesive online brand presence
• Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and technical requirements for print, digital, and retail channels
• Collaborate with the creative team on photo and video planning, execution, and asset needs to support campaigns and storytelling
• Partner with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Retail, and Community) to support seasonal, annual, and long-term initiatives
• Assist in seasonal campaign execution, ensuring design assets align with Sendero’s creative and brand vision
• Contribute to presentations, decks, and marketing materials as needed
• Manage production-ready files, templates, and asset libraries to improve creative efficiency
• Track timelines and deliverables with the Creative Operations Manager to keep projects moving smoothly
• Support warehouse operations and brand activations as part of the “all hands on deck” culture when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within lifestyle, apparel, or consumer brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
• Strong understanding of file preparation for print, digital, and retail applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach

Key Skills
