A UI/UX Designer at Lenovo helps shape the user experience of the next-generation cloud platform, collaborating with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and scalable designs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user-centered design efforts across multiple product domains (e.g., AIOps, FinOps, cloud-native PaaS, intelligent agents)
  • Create end-to-end design deliverables including wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Design dashboard-heavy interfaces that present complex metrics, alerts, traces, and cost visualizations in a clean and actionable format
  • Define and maintain scalable design systems that align with enterprise standards and support cross-product consistency
  • Contribute to interaction models for AI-native experiences such as conversational interfaces, RAG-based assistants, and model monitoring workflows
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with engineering sprints
  • Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions with internal stakeholders and pilot customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends in enterprise SaaS design, data visualization, and AI-driven UX

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and interface design for complex systems (dashboards, admin consoles, cloud platforms, etc.)
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Familiarity with design systems, atomic design principles, and front-end collaboration tools (Storybook, Zeplin, etc.)
  • Experience designing for at least one of the following domains is highly preferred: AIOps, FinOps, cloud-native platforms, AI/LLM applications
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into usable interfaces
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and domain experts
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design for web-based applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
