Senior Product Designer

The Senior UX Designer will act as the go-to expert in UX best practices, collaborating with product managers and engineers to collect and evaluate user requirements. They will create responsive prototypes and evaluate user experiences to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the "go-to" expert with in-depth knowledge of UX best practices and standards.
• Use research-related techniques to support recommendations and drive outcomes.
• Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
• Provide responsive and interactive prototypes that will serve as templates for the development team.
• Evaluate the quality of the user experience.
• Test, analyze, and report results, and make recommendations to improve user effectiveness, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of directly related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated; self-starter with good time management skills.
• A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experience crafting usable digital interfaces, including quantitative, qualitative, usability, and testing methods.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
