Staff Product Designer - Design Systems

You will partner with cross-functional teams to assess needs and develop eBay's brand and design system. Your role will involve collaborating with designers and developers to ensure consistent application of the design system across all products.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional domain teams to assess needs and align to business goals
- Develop and refine eBay's brand and design system
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and cross-functional teams
- Prototype and deliver high-fidelity visuals
- Mentor fellow designers
- Stay up to date with industry trends
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in User Experience Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Proto.io, Rive, Play)
