UX Designer – Commerce (Projectors, Printers, Scanners Domain)

The UX Designer will conduct user research and design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for commerce sites and mobile apps. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality design outcomes and advocate for user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop seamless journeys for browsing, comparing, configuring, and purchasing products.
- Ensure design consistency across devices and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation.
- Advocate for user-centered design in product development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design experience with commerce websites and mobile apps.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce UX flows.
- Domain experience with projectors, printers, scanners, or related technology.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
- Experience with SAP Commerce storefront UX.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries.
