Jewelers Mutual seeks a Sr. Product Designer – Digital to craft seamless digital experiences for consumers and jewelers, focusing on modernizing and unifying the consumer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of user experiences within the Digital team
- Define vision and strategy with product designers, owners, and engineers
- Produce design assets including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs
- Review data and test results to inform design decisions
- Contribute to design system development and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design (B2B and B2C)
- Experience with web design and responsive design principles
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Empathy for users
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
