Senior UX/UI Designer (strategy & delivery) | Kaunas

As a UX/UI Designer at Mediatech, you will lead the end-to-end design process for projects, ensuring high standards of quality, usability, and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for multiple smaller-scale projects, ensuring every deliverable meets high standards of quality, usability, and visual aesthetics
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align design solutions with business goals
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize user experience
• Support all recommendations and design choices with research, analytics, and data-driven insights
• Present several well-thought-out design options, enabling informed decision-making for each project
• Contribute to building and refining design processes within the team, bringing structure and efficiency to workflows
• Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them where they bring tangible value

Requirements

• Solid background in UX and UI design, with a portfolio that shows high-quality “shipped” work backed by data and a good eye for aesthetics
• Proficiency in working with Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with design systems
• Practical experience with A/B testing, user research, and usability testing to guide and validate your ideas would be a strong plus
• Ability to explain your design choices clearly, present a few well-thought-out options, and get both business and technical teams on board
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to deliver designs ready for production
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across all levels of seniority
• Willingness to help shape and improve design processes as needed
