UI/UX Designer at OPmobility, responsible for gathering user requirements, designing interfaces, and ensuring user satisfaction in projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers
- Document application components, configurations, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
- Customer satisfaction on projects
Requirements
- At least 3 years plus digital development experience in UI/UX
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (PowerApps & SharePoint)
- Agile squad management
- Agile product delivery
- Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English
