Epidemic Sound is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience and drive the development of their digital product offering.
Responsibilities
- Own the user experience and design output for your product team, ensuring high-quality results
- Lead end-to-end design processes, driving excellent outcomes for prioritized initiatives
- Identify UX gaps and opportunities, shaping strategic improvements
- Influence product strategy by leading visioning and user experience planning
- Foster a culture of design sharing, feedback, and critique within the team
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems, patterns, and standards, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms
Requirements
- Strong craft skills in user experience and digital user interface design
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- In depth knowledge of established UX and UI patterns
- In depth knowledge in applying design processes and methods to effectively take lead on complex key initiatives
- In depth knowledge in planning, conducting and synthesizing user research
- In depth knowledge of understanding and following up on data and analytics
- Knowledge in how to effectively manage stakeholder relationships to influence others and lead change
Key Skills
- Ability to inspire and lead through excellent design craftsmanship
- Positive, constructive attitude that energizes and motivates others
- Clear, effective communication of ideas and justification for design decisions
