The Senior UX Designer will influence the end-to-end UX process for features that help customers access affordable healthcare. This role involves designing at all stages of the product lifecycle and collaborating with a mission-oriented team.

Responsibilities

  • Influence the end to end UX process from discovery, purchase, to treatment

Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
  • Experience designing customer facing retail products
  • Experience in delivering design solutions for large scope and complex projects
  • Experience in agile development environment
  • Full stack designer with experience in all phases of UX design
  • High degree of ownership on both tactical and strategic projects
  • Highly proficient in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.)
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and with developers
  • Experience presenting to senior level leaders
