Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer will drive strategic design by understanding current user experiences and envisioning future-state solutions. This role involves creating effective user experiences through advanced UX principles while collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to evolving design systems.
Responsibilities
- Plans and facilitates workshops and design sprints
- Contributes to user research efforts
- Collaborates with Journey Owners and research teams
- Applies insights to recommend UX improvements
- Creates wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in user experience (UX) design, product design, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of user experience (UX), product design, interaction design, and design systems
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and facilitation skills
