Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will set strategic design direction across web, mobile, and in-vehicle platforms, mentoring junior designers and guiding them through complex design challenges. They will be responsible for expanding and building out future enhancements to software experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative and strategic leadership across key design efforts
- Mentor junior designers and help guide them through complex design challenges
- Expand on and build out future enhancements to our software experiences
- Involved in individual and group critiques of their work
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience creating digital interfaces for web, mobile, or in-vehicle interfaces
- Candidate must provide a strong portfolio with work samples showcasing UX expertise, interaction, design, creativity, and depth of thought
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suites
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape
