As a Product Designer, you will conduct user research and translate insights into practical designs while collaborating with product managers and engineers. You will design end-to-end solutions, maintain design consistency, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research and translating insights into thoughtful, practical designs
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for new features and existing workflows
- Collaborating deeply with product managers and engineers from discovery to launch
- Maintaining, evolving, and advocating for design consistency
- Testing, gathering feedback, and refining based on real-world use
Requirements
- 1-3 years designing digital products (marketplace, e-catalog, CRM or OMS system experience is a plus)
- Portfolio showing clear design thinking, systems approach, and shipped work
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Comfort working collaboratively with high ownership in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
