Responsibilities
- Design new products and features that open private markets to self-directed investors
- Talk regularly with customers, using research and insights to clarify problems and drive great design solutions
- Prototype and explore concepts that broaden the team’s imagination and guide better product decisions
- Partner with product to evolve and communicate Meridian’s vision through design
- Collaborate with engineering to make sure what we’re shipping to customers meets our high standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing consumer facing products in complex domains
- Thrive in 0→1 environments, bringing clarity and creativity to ambiguous problem spaces
- Want to design experiences that make private markets more accessible and intuitive for investors
- Regularly talk to customers and use research to drive design decisions
- Hold a very high bar for craft, quality, and consistency across every detail of the experience
