Responsibilities
- Design the future of Funds products, evolving existing standardized software into deeply configurable systems that scale to institutional needs
- Explore creative applications of AI agents to transform back office services into composable software and build new categories of products for fund managers
- Deliver high-quality interaction and visual design, crafting elegant, intuitive experiences across complex financial systems
- Talk regularly with customers, using research and insights to clarify problems and drive great design solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally with exposure to complex financial or enterprise systems
- Systems thinker with strong interaction and visual design skills
- High bar for craft and quality
