Sr. Product Designer

Lead and design the app and web portal end-to-end, including research, UX, and UI. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design our app and web portal end-to-end, spanning research, UX, and UI
• Define and refine user flows, interaction models, and scalable design systems across platforms
• Craft and maintain the look, feel, and overall experience of our product suite, from concept through iteration
• Own design projects independently — every Product Designer here drives initiatives end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, and usability testing to iterate quickly and inform product decisions

Requirements

• Systems design thinker — able to create scalable, consistent frameworks that strengthen the entire product ecosystem
• Strong visual craft — sharp eye for detail, typography, layout, and hierarchy
• Fluent in design and prototyping tools — we use Figma, with experience in other prototyping tools a plus
• User-centered mindset — capable of conducting and synthesizing lightweight research to inform design decisions
• Cross-platform experience — designing for both mobile and desktop environments
• Interaction design expertise — able to conceptualize micro-interactions and micro-animations
• Clear communicator — skilled at articulating design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Organized and reliable — strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver on time

Key Skills

• Experience with app design — iOS/Android mobile or cross-platform
• Agency background — ability to work across diverse clients, projects, and timelines
• Track record in fast-scaling environments or design-led organizations
• Get-it-done mindset
• Curiosity for digging into complex payment flows and resolving edge cases with precision
