Manage the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross-discipline teams to solve user problems. Refine the design system and ensure cohesive experiences across the product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end design process for a clear problem, from ideation to execution, using a data-driven approach.
- Collaborating with cross-discipline teams—including Product Management, Engineering, and Research—to solve user problems together.
- Collaborating across teams, iterating on products through continuous feedback and analysis while balancing business, technical, and UX constraints.
- Refining our design system and ensuring cohesive, polished experiences across the product ecosystem.
- Contributing to the design strategy within your product area by deeply understanding what we’re building and why, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a full-stack product designer, with work ranging from problem-solving and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Clear understanding of the problems you are solving and comfort with ambiguity.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp or proven field experience) (bonus).
- A stunning online portfolio that showcases thoughtful work and sophisticated design solutions for B2B, SaaS, or marketplace digital products (bonus).
- A creative and problem-solving mindset, with strong critical-thinking skills (bonus).
- Sharp attention to detail, and an understanding of how to integrate a brand into an experience (bonus).
- Experience defining patterns and style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high-fidelity prototypes (bonus).
- Proficiency in Figma, virtual whiteboard tools, and UX research tools (bonus).
- An appreciation for how language can simplify, clarify, and bring life to an experience (bonus).
- An understanding of software development and how to best collaborate with engineers (bonus).
- A passion for research, with an understanding of how to balance qualitative feedback, quantitative data, and empathy to drive innovative, user-centric solutions (bonus).
- Excellent communication skills (bonus).
