Senior Interaction / Product Designer

The Senior Interaction/Product Designer will create personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web and mobile interface designs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant solutions to complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Creating personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web and mobile interface designs.
- Designing new, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, extending and enhancing existing designs.
- Producing clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Consulting with clients and team members about the benefits of accessible design.
- Giving insightful and constructive feedback on the designs.
- Conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design decisions.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure design fidelity and accessibility.
- Researching and understanding design and technology trends.
- Exploring and leveraging AI-powered design tools and workflows.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context.
- 4-year+ degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in designing in Figma.
- Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components (plus).
- Familiarity with user research tools (plus).
- Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles and practices (plus).
- Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility standards (plus).
