Lead Product Designer

Lead the reimagination of core AP product flows and create the end-to-end experience based on deep customer understanding. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver value quickly while advocating for the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision based on deep customer understanding and participate in forming the product strategy.
• Comfortably engage with customers directly, validate hypotheses, and iterate designs based on learnings.
• Be a fierce advocate for the best possible customer experience, collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Work with teams from other pillars to create shared goals and coordinate dependencies and timelines.
• Educate stakeholders on customer needs and co-create components for a clear and smooth experience.
• Serve as a role model and mentor for junior designers by providing feedback, creating design guidelines, and facilitating discussions and workshops.

Requirements

• 8 years minimum experience in customer-centric web product design, especially in Fintech, AI products, or complex problem spaces.
• Extensive experience working with XFN partners like PM, Engineers, Data analysis, Research, Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer experience.
• Strong experience in interaction design, visual design, presentation, and communication.
• Curiosity and utilization of AI to improve/augment design process, and experience in designing for AI experiences and/or building agentic workflows.
• A growth mindset, ability to learn and adapt from feedback, and experience in forming hypotheses, running experiments, synthesizing data, and iterating.
