As a UX Designer, you will design user-centric experiences for a unified payments platform, collaborating with product managers and developers. You will conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure accessibility across devices.
Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for payment processing modules.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategy with business goals.
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
- Maintain design consistency and contribute to design system development.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Support Agile teams with design assets and feedback during development cycles.
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices in financial technology.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in UX design, preferably in financial services or enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Empathy for user needs and behaviors.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and design quality.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback.
