Lead a user-centered design practice by conducting in-depth user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions. Own the full design lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring design is integrated from conception and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a user-centered design practice by conducting in-depth user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Collaborate closely with Product and other stakeholders to contribute to the product roadmap, define new features, and help shape the overall product strategy
- Own the full design lifecycle from concept to launch, including creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to iterate on existing designs
- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog and steer the development team to ensure value is delivered for both customers and business
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience designing complex features and workflows for B2B applications
- Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Strong ability to leverage data for design decisions
- Proven ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize various qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Strong strategic & analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
