User Researcher

As an Experience Consultant in Research, you will lead research efforts to uncover user insights and inform the design of engaging digital experiences, collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of research studies, including ethnographic, generative, and quantitative methods
• Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and co-creation sessions to generate user-centric solutions
• Analyze research data, creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate user insights into the design process
• Mentor junior researchers, providing guidance and feedback on their work

Requirements

• Extensive experience with various research methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting findings to diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple research projects and stakeholder expectations
• Passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours
