Remote Contract Intern
As a mobile app or web-based product designer intern at ByteDance, you will assist in designing user-centric experiences for financial payment products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user-centric experiences for financial payment products, including online payments, financial products, eWallet, and cross-border transactions
- Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate and refine product features
- Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across different platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital payments
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related technical discipline
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex problems through intuitive design solutions
- Strong communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and be a self-starter
- Agile, quick self learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver (preferred)
- Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of working with Figma, Principal, Adobe Creative Suite, and OSX, iOS & Android (preferred)
