Product Designer - Sales Technology

Create user-centered designs to improve customer experience and drive business results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience and drive business results.
• Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
• Apply understanding of business needs and communicate vision to senior stakeholders.
• Present design work to the product team and stakeholders for review and feedback.
• Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, hybrid designer, or similar role.
• Experience using research and analytics to inform design.
• Experience applying best practices for mobile design, usability principles, and techniques.
• Experience working with peers and cross-functional team members from inception through implementation.
