Deliver complete UX/UI designs for core products, including an iPad app and web portal. Collaborate with various teams to incorporate user feedback and ensure an intuitive experience with the robot.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complete UX/UI designs for core products, an iPad app and web portal, to ensure an intuitive experience with the robot.
- Perform user research to identify problems, validate solutions, and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and the customer success team to align design decisions with business goals and user needs.
- Present designs to stakeholders, address questions, and iterate based on their feedback.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to review implemented features for design completeness.
- Maintain and contribute to Dustyβs design system and component library.
Requirements
- Entry-level to 3 years of product design experience.
- Demonstrate a range of design skills and experience leading the product design process from start to finish.
- Experience conducting user research and utilizing user-centered design processes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate with engineers to understand technical details, think about problems with trade-offs, and deliver simple and clear user experiences.
- Excellent communicator - clearly shares designs and welcomes feedback.
- Proficient in Figma.
