Senior UX Designer

Lead the UX design efforts for cloud-based dentistry applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement and innovation while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- UX scoping: Take charge of defining and scoping UX requirements of various overarching product areas in collaboration with other UX team members and key stakeholders
- Advanced Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design specifications
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, other UX team members, software developers, and clinical experts
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and push the boundaries of innovation
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or interaction designer, with a demonstrated ability to lead design projects from conception to execution
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of complex UX design projects and the processes behind them
- Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product/Solution Managers and Architects/technical leads
- Advanced knowledge and application of user-centered design methodologies
- Business English Fluency is a must
