The Associate Product Designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deliver website product features. They will conduct user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle to enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited, in-person, not-for-profit Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Human Factors, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, or related field, graduating between December 2026 and June 2028
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Previous, relevant internship experience
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and designs
- Experience designing and delivering website product features for consumers
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to launch features
- Experience conducting user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle
- Experience developing and evolving design systems
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio
- Strong verbal and written skills communicating ideas, concepts, and designs
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end web programming languages
- Familiarity with W3C/WCAG and ADA web accessibility standards
