Senior Ux Designer

Lead the design of user-centric B2B digital products and proof-of-concept solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research insights into design processes.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs and user research insights into wireframes, high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets
- Leverage and contribute to design systems to create native experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Assist in framing research goals and objectives
- Conduct primary user research to uncover unmet needs, pain points, and motivations
- Identify key patterns and trends from interviews, feedback, and data
- Synthesize and present research findings through thematic insights, user journeys, workflows, and other artifacts
- Facilitate internal workshops using design thinking methodologies to guide teams from ideation to prototyping
- Use Figma design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
- Apply variables, conditionals, and expressions to create interactive and efficient prototypes
- Utilize master components, instances, and variants for reusable design elements
- Use Auto Layout for responsive designs and complex layouts
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, design, and development teams to integrate findings into projects
- Adapt to diverse team environments and evolving project needs
Requirements
- Advanced Figma Expertise
- Strong Visual Design Portfolio
- Information & Data Synthesis
- Experience designing enterprise products (preferred)
- Background in software design and development (preferred)
- Branding and graphic design experience across various media formats (preferred)
