As a Senior UX Designer, you will compile user flows, wireframes, mockups, and other UX artifacts while building interactive no-code prototypes. You will collaborate heavily across engineering and product teams to uphold brand and usability standards.
Responsibilities
- Compile user flows, wireframes, mockups, and other UX artifacts.
- Build interactive no-code prototyping for a variety of devices.
- Interpret user research insights and translate into tangible solutions.
- Collaborate heavily across engineering and product teams.
- Proactive in identifying gaps and proposing recommendations.
- Uphold our brand and usability standards, and ensure our products remain consistent, streamlined and sophisticated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Design field (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, a related field, or relevant practical experience.
- 5+ years of confirmed experience in product design.
- End-to-end design experience, from concept to product launch.
- Proficiency in using design systems to maintain consistency.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive progress.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments where scope can change rapidly, with an ability to pivot as needed.
- Experience with Figma or equivalent design applications.
- Ability to lead multiple work tracks simultaneously.
- Possesses a strong curiosity for the project domain, including familiarity with relevant technologies and competitor landscapes, and is capable of contributing innovative ideas.
- Must provide examples of user experiences that simplify sophisticated problems and flows into intuitive designs.
