You will lead the design, prototyping, and delivery of user experiences that transform learning. The role requires moving from high-level strategy to pixel-level execution while maintaining a focus on high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Move fluidly from high-level strategy to pixel-level execution, getting work into customers’ hands quickly and learning from their feedback.
- Thrive in a start-up-like environment, unblocking yourself, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining a relentless focus on delivering high-quality, real-world experiences.
- Shape how AWS builds the next wave of agentic, creative-focused solutions using deep knowledge of generative AI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience.
- Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution.
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
- Familiarity with creative production tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion or 3D tools).
- Experience designing tools or systems that incorporate AI/ML.
- Deep curiosity about and familiarity with generative AI.
- Exposure to agentic systems, conversational interfaces, or LLM-powered workflows.
- Experience prototyping with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or similar).
