You will be responsible for creating user-centered workflows that enhance therapy accessibility and effectiveness. The role focuses on designing native mobile experiences while collaborating on cross-platform solutions.
Responsibilities
- Creating user-centered workflows that make therapy more accessible, engaging, and effective
- Collaborating on cross-platform design solutions
- Building products that empower therapists and support patients on their mental health journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products
- Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS + Android), with a track record of launching high-quality mobile-first products
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and (ideally) AI/ML partners
- Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and design system contribution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs
