Responsibilities
- On the Platform team, design for seamless money movement and customer care experiences
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Partner closely with content design, research, engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to find sophisticated but practical solutions to design challenges
- Listen to customers and domain experts to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers
- Rapidly explore a wide range of concepts and prototypes, then zoom in with precision to refine and deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Proactively define and clarify outcomes, build a plan of action, and deliver the results (especially when outcomes are unclear)
- Navigate the complexities and constraints of data, legal, and tech dependencies to deliver top-notch user experiences without compromising user outcomes
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in product design
- Excellent portfolio that demonstrates love and care for craft
- Curiosity and an ability to grasp complex subject matter
- Ability to identify action items and move projects forward when facing ambiguity
- Strong collaboration with your design team and cross-functional partners without ego
