Senior Ux Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead the strategy and evolution of a design system to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences across digital products. This role involves collaboration with various teams to drive adoption and create scalable components and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and scale our design system and its core components
- Ensure the system is accessible, flexible, and easy to adopt
- Craft a vision for how the system evolves to meet future needs
- Deliver documentation, tooling, and standards that promote design excellence and development efficiency
- Mentor fellow designers, uphold quality, and foster a sense of shared ownership around the system
- Participate in team design critiques and working sessions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with at least 2–3 years focused on design systems
- Proven experience scaling and governing a multi-platform design system
- Expertise in Figma and related tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing systems work
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and communicate across distributed teams
