Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs preferences and behaviors.
- Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in UX design.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and GenAI features.
