Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications, including research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, and user testing. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications, including research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, and user testing
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals
  • Conduct usability testing and gather actionable insights to refine designs
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization to ensure an optimal user experience
  • Maintain comprehensive design documentation and ensure consistency across projects

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UX Design within the financial services industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern design tools such as Figma
  • Knowledge of analytics and user engagement
  • Familiarity with web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
