Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications, including research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, and user testing. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications, including research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals
- Conduct usability testing and gather actionable insights to refine designs
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization to ensure an optimal user experience
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and ensure consistency across projects
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX Design within the financial services industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and deliverables
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with modern design tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of analytics and user engagement
- Familiarity with web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
