- Craft and develop outstanding user experiences that delight our users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement flawless design solutions
- Use and contribute to internal design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Develop innovative experiences that redefine industry standards
- Conduct user research and testing to iterate and improve designs
Requirements
- Proven experience with design systems and crafting cohesive user experiences
- Strong proficiency in designing accessible solutions and meeting required standards
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to determine user needs and successfully implement solutions
- Ambitious approach and a drive to compete at a world-class level
- Minimum Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills, design thinking, problem-solving approach, and decision-making process
