Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design vision and execution across product experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy and identify roadmap opportunities
- Deliver elegant, user-centered solutions that balance business goals and technical constraints
- Conduct research, champion user insights, and advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability
- Drive design excellence by establishing scalable systems, processes, and guidelines
- Influence company-wide decision-making as a design thought leader
- Partner with Marketing/Brand teams to align product design with overall company identity
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing and shipping high-quality digital products end-to-end
- Deep craft expertise in interaction and visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design systems thinking, user-centered design, and executional excellence
- Experience operating at a Principal or Staff level, owning complex product spaces and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking abilities; capable of identifying and framing design opportunities that drive product and business impact
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to influence product managers, engineers, and stakeholders through clear rationale and compelling design storytelling
