Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams from concept to launch while defining design strategy for Owl’s platforms. Create clear interfaces that simplify complex tasks and conduct user research to inform product strategy.

- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams from concept to launch
- Define design strategy for Owl’s platforms, ensuring consistency and intuitive experiences
- Create clear interfaces that make complex tasks simple
- Conduct user research to inform product strategy and address real-world needs
- Design explainable, accountable, and trustworthy experiences
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience delivering large-scale AI or SaaS products
- Portfolio highlighting strong expertise in UX, UI, and interaction design
- Keen eye for quality and craftsmanship
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Comfort with ambiguity and transforming it into a clear, actionable vision
- Energized by engaging with the engineering/product team
