The Senior Product Designer will champion cutting-edge user experiences from concept to execution, working hands-on and strategically. They will inspire and challenge a multidisciplinary team to shape elegant, scalable, and purposeful experiences.
Responsibilities
- Champion cutting-edge user experiences from concept to execution.
- Explore new patterns, guiding teams through ambiguity, and defining what great looks like.
- Inspire and challenge a multidisciplinary team, partnering with product, engineering, research, and marketing.
- Play a key role in conceptual development, ideation, and storytelling, helping teams find clarity and momentum at every step.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Portfolio showcasing product design leadership, conceptual strength, and polished execution across web and mobile.
- Expertise in both interaction and visual design, with fluency in user-centered design methods.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to move fluidly between high-level concepts and detailed execution, from quick sketches to production-ready mockups.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of framing design decisions with clarity and intent.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment in complex, fast-paced environments.
