The Sr UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expert capability in design principles and solutions
- Extensive experience with visual design, UI design, layouts, graphics development, typography, color, and visual theories
- Extensive experience in UX disciplines such as UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Trained and experienced in digital design, web, and mobile development in an enterprise environment
- Experience designing with mobile layouts in mind
- Experience designing enterprise applications
- Good to have experience in financial domain
- Good to have experience in data heavy organizations
- Good to have experience in UX for AI
- Capable of understanding and articulating technical feasibility of solutions
- Capable of communicating with technical developers to transfer design to deliverables
- Self motivated and individual contributor
