Design intuitive, engaging experiences for Prodigy Education's 'State Challenge' competition, driving user adoption and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design user interface layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing sessions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
- Partner with data analysts to measure and optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
- Represent the product design team in cross-functional meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design lifecycle and shipped SaaS applications.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design, human computer interaction, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility.
- Knowledge of designing responsive web experiences and using metrics to validate decisions.
- Experience with Design Systems and/or component libraries.
- Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Dovetail, miro.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
