UX Designer, Senior Associate - Employee Experience

Lead the UX design of AI and digital communication experiences for J.P. Morgan's 300,000+ employees, focusing on user-centric design and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems.
• Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles.
• Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in user experience design or equivalent role.
• Strong portfolio of design work.
• Ability to synthesize complex needs.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs in Figma.
• Effective communication of UX artifacts.
• Experience designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms.
• Previous experience interpreting complex data.
• Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, UX Design related field or equivalent professional experience.
