Join Cialfo's design team to help design the Cialfo platform, focusing on user-centered design and delivering seamless experiences.
Responsibilities
- Working on product projects such as contributing as a design expert
- Focus on delivering the best possible experience for our end users
- Work closely with the rest of the Product team (Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineers) to turn conceptual ideas and hypotheses into valuable experiences
- Take the overall product experience to the next level
- Working together with Product Managers & Engineers at every stage of a new release, from concept to code
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of design guidelines and systems
- Conduct evaluative user research and usability testing to define the problems & probe feasibility
- Coaching and mentoring of UX Designers in the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Designer role with a proven design experience building tech products (mobile & desktop)
- Proven experience solving problems, turning them into easy and dazzling solutions for the customer
- Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user flows
- An in-depth understanding of usability guidelines and human computer interaction (HCI)
- Proven working knowledge of design tools (Figma & Sketch) and prototyping (Invision, Maze or Adobe XD)
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Experience in front-end code (HTML, SASS, CSS & React) is appreciated
