Senior Product Designer - Access Foundations

As a Senior Product Designer, you will partner closely with multi-disciplinary team members to enhance Netflix's core business products. You will work across all stages of the design process, from user research to final visual design and implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with multi-disciplinary team members
- Work across all stages of the design process
- Deeply understand users and their needs
- Create thoughtful end-to-end user experiences
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs
- Partner with PMs to craft systematic solutions
- Partner with engineers to build impactful products
- Facilitate collaborative work sessions
- Advance the discipline of product design
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software product design
- Track record of designing and shipping enterprise or B2B experiences that have scaled to thousands of users
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
- Experience connecting the dots across the organization
- Exceptional communication skills
- Mastery of Figma’s advanced features
